A signed USPS Commemorative Cancellation Page with an offset lithograph on paper of Highest Mountain by Peter Max. The stamp is a part of the 1981 Flag Series which produced a stamp for each of the countries within the United Nations to benefit UNICEF. The $0.20 stamp depicts an American flag on a silver background and is stamped with a dated cancellation for its first day of issue, September 25, 1981. The print is signed and dated in plate while the Cancellation Page is signed and dated by hand and in pencil, ‘Max 89’’. The item is presented in a floating mat on green paper, under glass, and in a wood frame with gold tone and floral accents. Hanging hardware is present to the verso.
