A set of vintage Royal Doulton Balloon figurines The set consists of The Balloon Man figurine with an H.N. number of 1954 and designed by Leslie Harradine. This figurine was first produced in 1940. Also included is _The Old Balloon Seller _ figurine of a woman with a H.N. number of 1315. The figurine was first produced in 1929 and designed by Leslie Harradine as well. Both of the figurines are hand-painted.
