A selection of three signed original watercolors by Ohio artist Ed Gifford (1927-1998). Gifford is known for his landscape, townscape and churches and is a member of the American Artists Professional League and the WPA Painter’s Society. ‘Amish Farm’ depicts a red barn and several houses in planting fields. It is pencil signed in the lower right corner and is marked ‘Artist Proof H/C.’ ‘Amish Country’ depicts hay bales, farmhouse, barn and a pair of horse and buggies. It is pen signed in the lower right corner. The untitled piece depicts a storefront with birds on a barrel and a sharpening stone. It is signed in paint in the top left corner. Presented in beige double mat in wood and glass plated frames.
