A signed artist proof edition archival pigment print using a digital printer titled, Lower Broadway III circa 1976, by American painter and printmaker, Hugh Kepets (b.1946), best known for his unique pieces of artwork that utilizes architectural, structural, and still life subject matter, reducing every object to its most basic form, in terms of dimension. This print depicts a close up view of the side of a building, which shows off its unique features like the dentil molding and other carved accents. This piece is pencil signed and dated by the artist in the lower right margin and is listed as the artist proof edition, which is also written in the center of the lower margin with the title to the left as well. The print has a single white mat and is housed behind plexiglass in a simple metal frame with a wire for hanging to the verso.
