An offset lithograph after a painting by very well-listed Franco-Hungarian artist Victor Vasarely (1906-1997). Vasarely became famous for incorporating geometric designs and optical illusions into his art. This stunning op art piece depicts a seemingly three-dimensional bulging sphere emerging from a grid of shapes filled with pink, periwinkle, and teal shapes. The print is unsigned. - matting is slightly yellowed. Light scratching to frame and a bit of accretion across glass.
