An original oil painting on canvas titled Paris Nude by very well-listed American modernist Edgar Yaeger (Michigan, 1904 – 1997), executed in 1936. The painting depicts a nude woman standing with her head lowered against an abstract background in muted tones. The painting is signed, dated, and titled in paint to the lower right and there is a gallery tag on the verso. Presented without glass in a painted pink wooden frame with painted white wooden matting and a wire to the verso. More information about the artist can be found below under Additional Information.
