Two Arnold Friberg Offset Lithographs of Historic Football Games
Item Details
A pair of Arnold Friberg offset lithographs of historic football games. Both framed prints of paintings by American illustrator Friberg are from the Chevrolet Sports Art Collection, a four print series published in 1969 celebrating notable football games. These include the first print in the series, The First Game, the 1869 game between Princeton and Rutgers, considered the first collegiate football game and the third print, Howell to Hutson – The Passing Game, about the 1935 Rose Bowl game between Alabama and Stanford.

- some wear to frames.
