An original signed Swiss mountain landscape on canvas by listed artist Paul Roth (American, 1877 – 1966). The work depicts a snow-covered mountain hillside, with a man being pulled by a dog or goat on a small wooden sleigh. To the mid ground are green and red barns with gabled roofs, with a line of trees to the right. To the background are towering snow-covered mountains. The painting is signed in blue to the lower right corner and displayed in a narrow white matte and rustic gray wood frame. The painting is wired to the back for hanging.
