Fiction Books Ranging From Antique to Contemporary

A book collection that includes antique to contemporary fiction. An 1893 edition of Twice-Told Tales, written by Nathaniel Hawthorne, was published by Henry Altemus, Philadelphia, 1893. This small edition features a gray and pink embossed cover with gilt lettering and decorations on the spine and front cover. A first edition of the vintage book entitled Maiden Voyage was written by Kathleen Norris (A.L. Burt Company, New York, 1934). Several volumes in the collection are first editions including The Darkness and the Dawn written by Thomas B. Costain (Doubleday & Company, Inc., Garden City, New York, 1959) and by Dean Koontz, the book Hideaway. Seventeen books are in this collection with many missing dust jackets.
Condition
Condition ranges from good to fair with missing dust jackets, writing on the front and back endpapers, and wear consistent with age.
