A handwoven Persian diamond-patterned area rug. The rug has a checkered surface pattern with multiple colored diamond shapes. This area rug is outlined with detailed geometric work, including a line of floret accents and a niche motif in pale blue and pale yellow, with deep, rich brown accents, banded by a running water border in pale salmon and teal. It has a natural cotton fringe to either end. Unmarked.
