1934 Finnish 813H Silver Cake Server
Item Details
A 1934 ‘813H’ silver cake server from Finland. This server features a large blade with an extended base, ornamented with a stitch border and a central flower motif. This connects to an offset handle with pointed shoulders, a narrow stem, and a broad fiddle handle ornamented with a palmette. The handle is monogrammed and is dated on verso ‘20/1-35’. The stem is stamped with an illegible maker’s mark. It is also stamped with the ‘813 H’ silver fineness mark, and the ‘E6’ 1934 date mark. The total approximate weight is 0.935 ozt.
