An original one-sheet theatrical poster for the 1989 release of Walt Disney’s The Little Mermaid. This poster, like many modern movie posters, is printed on both sides, which is designed to allow the colors of the print to remain saturated when backlit at movie theaters. The title to the film, as well as distribution information, is present to the lower portion of the poster, while the upper portion features Ariel, Prince Eric, Ursula, King Triton, and all of Ariel’s underwater buddies, with her golden castle resting in the background. NSS stamp reads “890105” in black, lower right. Unframed, this poster awaits your choice of presentation.
