An antique Alvin Mfg. Co. sterling overlay pitcher. This late 19th-century pitcher features ruby glass with a cut to clear starburst base and a sterling silver grapevine overlay with a monogrammed cartouche at front. Sterling is stamped ‘R 325 Patented.’
