1993 Bruce Langton Signed Limited Edition Etching "Sudden Charge"
Item Details
A limited edition and signed copper plate etching titled Sudden Charge by listed artist Bruce Langton (b.1951). This etching depicts a charging bull elephant. According to the certificate of authenticity on the back, this was first produced for the book Robert Ruark’s Africa (Countrysport Press: 1991). It is numbered eighty-eight out an edition of 125 in the bottom left corner, and is titled, signed and dated in pencil outside of the block. This work is presented in a glass front and black painted wooden frame from J. Pocker, carved to resemble bamboo, that is wired for hanging.
