A Historic Stamps of America collectible binder published by the Postal Commemorative Society. It is a ‘limited edition collection of U.S. stamps and commemorative Covers including 200 mint-condition historic U.S. stamps.’ The collection begins with the landing of the Mayflower at Plymouth Rock and ends with astronauts landing on the moon. Each stamp has a cover with a side-by-side write up. They are all kept in plastic sleeves and in a brown vinyl binder.
