An antique Chippendale style rocking chair. This piece has a mahogany frame with a curved toprail and pierced back splat. The chair features curved armrests, an upholstered seat with pink floral patterned fabric, and fretwork along the fronts of the armrests and legs.

Condition

Consistent with age and use. Surface wear and scratches throughout frame, especially along edges and rockers. Finish is worn on the armrests, and major wear and discoloration on seat.
