Item Details
A Galileo thermometer. This freestanding clear glass tube features differently colored glass bulbs which float or sink depending on the temperature, and thus the density, of the clear liquid in which they are suspended. Hanging from each bulb is a gold tone disk with the temperature in degrees Fahrenheit; this thermometer has bulbs marking four-degree intervals from 60° to 96°F.
