1964 Marion Kay Last US Silver Coinage Numismatic Desk Clock
Item Details
A Marion-Kay Walnut and clear Lucite desk clock featuring the last US minted 1964 silver coinage mounted as the numeral markers. 1964 half dollars, quarters, and dimes are sandwiched between panels of Lucite showing both the front and obverse of the coins alternately around the square clock face. Marked to the back "Marion-Kay Brownstown, Indiana Made in the USA" and "Patent Pending MK Summers Executive Model – 72 Walnut. Simple battery operated quartz movement.
Condition
- to fair with soiling, clock movement is untested and requires a single AA battery. Second hand is broken and missing and the goldtone hands are bent and showing rust.
