A landscape watercolor by Joseph Baris. This Realism style watercolor depicts an idyllic rural scene of rolling hills and a meandering stream with a red farm beyond. It is signed on the lower right Joseph Baris, 90, and is presented in a gilt frame under glass with a gold tone edged off-white mat. Framed by Court Galleries, Cincinnati, Ohio. Baris is a self taught artist who immigrated to Cincinnati from Italy. He works in both watercolor and oils, and is a member of the Cincinnati Art Club.
