This compendium of Shakespeare’s plays was edited by English actor Henry Irving and Frank A. Marshall, with illustrations by Gordon Browne. It was published in 1898 by Blackie & Son, London. This piece is volume two out of eight and includes ‘The Taming of the Shrew’, ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’, ’ King Henry IV ‘, and ’Richard III’.

wear to corners and leather on spine but in good condition on the pages, only slight watermarks or stains
