A Howard Miller Greyson grandfather clock, model 611-001, serial number MF0032420209. This gorgeous floor clock is made of hardwood and veneers, with a cherry finish. It has a swan neck pediment that frames a turned finial above beautiful parquetry. A blue moon phase sits atop the clock dial, which has applied Roman numerals and decorative spandrels. The sides and front have beveled glass panes, showcasing the brass-finished weights and pendulum. Small doors are located on both sides to access the gears. Reeded columns have brass-finished caps and feet. The base displays burled veneers. The clock chimes every quarter of an hour. The front door locks, and the key is included.
Condition
- to fair. The pendulum is missing the clasp to hang. Untested.
