An oil on canvas by Trevor James after a 1902 work by the American artist Abbott Handerson Thayer (1849-1921), titled Stevenson Memorial. The work depicts one of Thayer’s iconic angel paintings. The artist’s signature appears to the lower right. The work is presented in a burled wood frame with a classical bow detail to the top center.
