A pair of early Meiji period (1868-1912) Japanese sake bottles from the Ibaraki prefecture, both in a beige and green spill over glaze. The bottles are typical in form; ovoid with a slender neck.

Condition

Both bottles are in good condition with no chips or cracks, the smaller bottle has all over crazing to the glaze.
