Vintage Eames "DCM" Chair for Herman Miller

A vintage Eames DCM dining chair for Herman Miller. The DCM line of molded, laminated chairs were first introduced in the mid 1940’s and Herman Miller continues to produce them today.This chair features a molded, walnut veneer seat and back rest with screws and rubber mounts where the wood meets metal, and four white, nylon floor glides for the metal legs which are chrome-plated. All the hardware and parts appear to be original and show appropriate signs of wear. The circular, metal label is affixed to the underside of the seat and reads ‘Herman Miller Zeeland Mich. Designed by Charles Eames’.

Condition

- to fair – scratches in wood, some dark stains on back of back rest, light rust on metal legs, rubber mounts are cracking.
