This ring features seventeen 3.2mm X 3.2mm round cut and eight 5mm X 3mm marquis cut blue heat-treated sapphires prong set in a rising spiral design, with a branching prong gallery that meets at the shoulders. The ring is imprinted with ‘THL, 10K’ on the interior of the shank, and has a total approximate weight with stones of 5.1 dwt.
