A vintage Singer sewing machine with cabinet. The mid-century sewing machine cabinet includes a singer sewing machine, model R736078, and a generous variety of vintage sewing notions and supplies, including thread, rotary attachments, a Montgomery Ward fabric board, and more, including the original instruction manual, which is marked ‘Type 66’. The cabinet is made of dark stained wood and wood veneers, with open brass handles to the drawers. There are three small drawers to the right, and a center drawer above the kneehole opening. The sewing machine is mounted to a hinged platform which allows the machine to be folded down inside the table when not in use. The table has a hinged leaf, which, when folded out, expands the working space. Please note, this item is located in a basement, and buyer will need to carry it up a flight of stairs to transport.
