70s Vintage Nudie's Rodeo Tailors of North Hollywood, California "Nudie Suit" with Embroidered Native American Motif and Swarovski Crystal Rhinestones

A 1970s vintage custom made Nudie’s Rodeo Tailors of North Hollywood, California ‘Nudie Suit’ designed by Nudie Cohn. The ensemble is in a yellow wool with a multi-colored embroidered Native American motif with Swarovski crystal rhinestones. The shirt is designed with a pointy collar and a v-cut neckline with zipper to left side and a flaired hemline with prong set aurora borealis Swarovski crystal rhinestones. The matching pants have a double hook clasp at the side with a zipper, and bell bottoms accented with a sky blue, and have a Nudie’s Rodeo Tailors signature cloth label on the interior. The suit is believed to be made originally for David Allen Coe, although there is not a label other than the Nudie’s Rodeo Tailors signature label. Includes a Larry Mahan box with the hand written words ‘David Allen Coe – yellow suit’.
