An original acrylic painting by well known artist Kevin Red Star (Native American, 1943-), titled Mad Bull. Red Star was born on the Crow Indian Reservation in Montana and attended the Institute of American Indian Arts in Santa Fe, NM and the San Francisco Art Institute. His artwork incorporates contemporary art with his American Indian culture. This piece shows a sole Native American warrior with war paint and headdress. The painting is signed in the upper right hand corner by the artist and is inscribed on the back. It is presented in a frame and includes paperwork from purchase.
