Barbara Burbank "Sunset in the Country" Oil on Canvas
Item Details
An original oil on canvas landscape painting by Indiana artist Barbara Burbank (1924-2015) titled Sunset in the Country. A member of the Hamilton County Artists’ Association, Burbank started painting in the 1960s. Depicted in this oil painting is a country sunset scene. There are two barns and a silo against a dreamy backdrop of washed blue and puffy clouds with pink highlights. It is signed by the artist to the lower left. Displayed in a beveled black frame with wire to the verso for hanging.
Condition
Painting is loose in the frame, minor scuffs to wooden frame’s surface.
