This Royal Doulton fine bone china colorful plate by the Franklin Mint was designed by Laurel Burch and depicts a trademark cat shaped plate with vivid floral motif, coiled purple tail and sleepy eyes. Piece has gold tone accents and is signed on the front and marked on the back. Plate is dated 1995 and is numbered HB5056.
