Assortment of Antique Hand-Painted Haviland Limoges China
Item Details
A grouping of three antique hand-painted Haviland Limoges china pieces. The lot includes: a squarish plaque with folded corners painted with golden wheat, signed to the verso with a Haviland mark (1876-1889); a china plate with molded foliage, re-entrant corners and painted with a budding vine, marked to the verso with a Charles Field Haviland mark (1882) and signed ‘Josie – 7-16-91’; and a platter with scalloped corners, flared lip, and painted with berries, red scrollwork, gilt outline, and peachy borders, marked to the verso with a Haviland mark (1876-1889) and signed ‘J.W.S. mch. 19-92’.
