Antique Glass Plate Negatives
Item Details
A set of antique glass plate negatives, produced in the late nineteenth century. The grouping is a set of eight negatives with inverted portraits and other imagery with corresponding sleeves. Two of the eight sleeves are blank, while the rest include details on the photographs.
Condition
- paper sleeves show tearing, yellowing and wear. Glass negatives have wear consistent with age; fingerprints, spotting.
Dimensions
3.5" W x 0.25" H x 4.0" D
- measured one negative.
