An early 20th century Chinese export 800 silver and carved jadeite filigree pin depicting a Chinese guardian lion comprised of a 1.25′ × 0.75′ carved natural jadeite ‘Type C’ cabochon, bleached, dyed and resin treated, bezel set with wirework and accented with silver ball beads. Stamped China, Silver to verso with filigree and pin stem clasp.
