A Collection of East Asian Vases
Item Details
A grouping of east Asian vases. This set includes a colorfully decorated vase and a fishbowl jardinière with a painted scene of Japanese women along the seashore. Both lack maker’s marks but appear to be Chinese ceramics decorated in a Japanese style. Also included here is a Chinese porcelain vase decorated with elegant courtly scenes, with a Qianlong reign mark, however, is of late 19th or early-20th-century production. Also included is a Japanese vase painted with Japanese women and marked ‘Hand Painted, Nippon’ with an ‘M’ within a wreath logo.
Condition
One is cracked at the base, will be repaired.
