Late 20th Century Directoire Style Sideboard

Item Details

A late 20th century Directoire style sideboard. The walnut-finished case features a rectangular top above three aligned short drawers over a central, two-drawer stack and a pair of one-shelf cabinets. The fronts are fitted with bronze-toned pulls and handles. The sideboard rises on fluted stiles continuing to blocked and tapered feet. The interior retains a sticker printed ‘Nelsonized / Against Warping-Swelling-Sticking’.
