A 20th century Romweber Louis XV-style buffet in mixed woods, with scrolled, foliate moldings throughout, having a rectangular top with floral-carved, serpentine edges, above two aligned, dovetailed drawers, the figured drawer fronts incised and fitted with embossed, floral pulls, over two pairs of opposed, cabinet doors, all flanked by scrolled stiles continuing to short, cabriole legs. The back marked ‘8450’ above an obscured stamp, with one drawer retaining a tag reading ‘Romweber Furniture of Timeless Beauty’. See related lot 16CIN379-002.
