J W Co Italian "Gallo D'oro" Mug and Snack Plate Set

A collection of Italian mug and snack plates, Gallo D’oro (Golden Rooster) marked for American importer J.W Co. This includes four teacups with gold toned rims, a loop handles, and four coordinating artist pallet shaped plates with a slightly flared rim, and a raised holder for the cup. Both the cups and the plates feature a hand-painter rooster in black and gold. All pieces are marked on the bottom ‘Italy’, and the plates are stamped ‘Gallo D’oro J.W. Co Italy’ with a edition number.
