A pair of pencil-signed limited edition artist proof offset lithographs titled Snowy Owls and Barred Owls by well-listed Cincinnati wildlife artist John A. Ruthven (1924 -). The prints both depict two families of owls, the Snowy Owls are sitting on the ground and the Barred Owls are perched in the branches of a pine tree. Both prints are numbered 9 in an artist proof edition of 20. They are signed in plate and signed in numbered in pencil to the lower margin. Presented behind acrylic glass in a wooden frame with beige and brown double matting and a wire to the verso.
