A women’s vintage 18k yellow gold Omega Geneve Swiss Made watch case. Stamped with hallmark on the side, A & K behind lugs, Omega signature mark on crown. Omega watch movement, Swiss 17 Jewels 244/16535438. Inside back lid is stamped 750 with Omega signature mark, Omega watch Co. Fab. Suisse, Swiss made 418086 2974 1. Case weighs 7.3 dwt total weight. Also includes a detached two tone stainless steel and base metal watch band.

Condition

- Ticking and running during the time of cataloging. Scratch marks on the gold surface to verso on case. Case is detached from the band.
