Chinese Ceramics with Shanghai Export Seals
Item Details
A collection of Chinese import ceramics. All retain the export approval seal mark from the Shanghai Cultural Relics Bureau except for three pieces. Some pieces seem to have additional seals underneath the affixed seals but are illegible. The green canister with dragon details has a six-character Qianlong reign mark, however, it is of late 19th or 20th-century production. Includes a tall pierced candle holder/dry vase, four bowls, one creamer, one small box with mirror, a potpourri box, and four jars with covers.
