A Chinese lacquered mother-of-pearl shelf. This shelf comprises a thick top border with a detailed mother-of-pearl design. It has two shelf surfaces above a cabinet. The cabinetry is heavily decorated with pagodas, animals, and nature scenery in mother-of-pearl. The cabinet has one drawer and two cabinet doors.
