An offset lithograph after Charles Marion Russell’s 1902 Herd Quitters. Russell (1864-1926) was a prolific painter of the American West, and created thousands of depictions of Native Americans and cowboys in the rural and desert landscapes of the Western United States and Canada. This print depicts three cattlemen, on horses, trying to lasso a runaway bull. The print is presented in a painted wooden frame, wired for hanging.
