A Gorham English Gadroon sterling flatware set. This elegant 1930s sterling silver set features 164 pieces embellished with roping and scroll pattern work titled English Gadroon on each piece. Four utensils are from a different set. Includes twelve salad forks, twenty-four dinner forks, eighteen soup spoons, eighteen dinner spoons, twelve dessert spoons, twelve tea spoons, twelve butter knives, fourteen seafood forks, twenty-four dinner knives, and eighteen additional utensils. Approximate sterling weight (not including dinner knives or pie server with stainless elements) is 162.38 ozt. Marked ‘Gorham Sterling patent 1939 English Gadroon’. Comes with a felt lined, zipper display and storage Pamilla case and informational document. Please note that this set is missing some of the original pieces.
