Signed Woodcut of a Chinese Scene by Weng Chenghao

Item Details

A 1991 signed and framed serigraph of a Chinese scene by Weng Chenghao. The image shows several sampan boats docked in a village channel with a temple looming in the background. The print is signed to the bottom right with printer’s embossed emblem, and numbered by hand to the right, 25/300. Comes presented in a painted gold tone frame with a deep teal fabric band to the interior with hanging wire to the verso. Weng Chenghao is the Associate Director of the Jiangsu Printmaking Institute.
