Antique Victorian Mahogany Wardrobe

An antique Victorian mahogany wardrobe with birdseye maple interior. This handsome piece features an inverse scrolled pediment molding to the top, with carved acanthus leaves to the sides and two inverse swirled waves just above the doors. Two large doors span the entire functional height of the piece, with elongated beveled glass oval shaped mirrors to the center of each, small brass handles, and latches on the interior; each are flanked by a carved, smooth column. The left side contains three shelves, while the right side is completely open, save for a small shelf near the top with a metal hanging rod underneath. Two wide and shallow drawers sit underneath the main section, and the entire piece rests on four ogee bracket feet.
