Depression Era Dining Table
Item Details
A Depression era dining table. The frame is finished in mixed wood veneers and features a rectangular, cut-corner top with gadrooned edges and a straight, molded apron. It rises on six square, tapered legs connected by a shaped stretcher base and ending in turned feet. The central stretcher is relief carved with a lightwood cabochon. The table retains a sticker for ‘Trorlicht Duncker / Saint Louis, U.S.A.’ and is accompanied by three extension leaves. For a related lot see 16STL012-647.
