An antique Sheraton style writing desk. This impressive piece features mahogany and satinwood veneers on the top, sides, drawer fronts, and legs. The writing surface has bookmatched mahogany veneer, carved rope gadrooning around the edge, and a pierced wood gallery across the back. The desk has nine drawers, including two on the top. The desk stands on eight tapered legs that are inlaid with satinwood accents.
