A pair of hickory Queen Anne Style upholstered armchairs with Shell Motifs. This Queen Anne style chairs feature padded backs and cushions upholstered in a tan fabric with lighter tan shell motifs printed throughout. The dark stained hickory arms run in a scroll-like line to meet the upholstered cushion. The side upholstery panels are fastened with brass-toned hobnails. The chair stands on four matching hickory cabriole feet with c-scroll accents.The chairs have bottom tags reading ‘Hickory Chair – Fine Furniture Since 1911 – Hickory N.C,’ as swell as the original retail tags.
