Lot of Imperial and Soviet Russian Paper Currency

Item Details

A lot of late 19th to early 20th century Imperial Russian and early Soviet paper currency. Pieces include a 1921 Soviet 100,000 ruble note (presumably such a high denomination due to inflation during the ongoing Russian Civil War), an Imperial 25 ruble note with a portrait of Alexander III (ruled 1881-1894), a 1910 100 ruble note with a portrait of Catharine the Great, and other Imperial notes featuring the double-headed eagle emblem. A total of seven notes is included in the lot.
