A sterling silver diamond heart pendant necklace. Angled open sterling heart adorned with round cut pave’ set diamonds throughout. Forty-five diamonds with a weight of 0.45 ctw., I in color, and I1 clarity. The thin box chain unclasped is 19 inches in length and closes with a spring ring. The 925 stamp is located on the back of the pendant as well as on the clasp of the chain.
